Pure Botanicals CBD 2oz Tinctures are available in three natural flavors Peppermint, Lemon and Cinnamon, original is non-flavored. We recommend taking our tincture sublingually (under tongue) or add to any hot or cold beverage.

The recommended dose is 15mg of CBD per day. Everyone is different so start off on a smaller amount and then increasing gradually. You can take this dose at one time or split into two.

500mg= Approximately .42mg per drop or 8.33mg per dropper (1ml).

Finding the right amount may take a little bit of fine-tuning. We recommend starting off on a smaller amount and gradually increasing.
